How do i use the RC helicopter/car in GTA liberty city stories?

Q. I downloaded a game-save and in portland safe house garage theres a mini RC Helicopter and Car,Does anyone know if i can use them?

well in order to get the helicopter in the one mission where you have to kill all those celebrities before they get to the radio station you have to perch yourself right on a building next to the portland bridge on stanton island and the helicopter will fly through there and you'll be able to jack it like a car. but i've never heard anything about an r/c car.

What is a good RC Helicopter that i can fly from my iphone?

Hello i am looking for a good Rc mini helicopter for beginners that i can operate via iphone. maybe a camera on the helicopter and my price range is 150-200$ ish. any help would be great.
