Q. Hey what is the cheapest way to make an IR transmitter for my android phone that plugs into my audio jack. I want to be able to use my android phone as a tv remote for any tv, or dvd, radio, vcr, RC Helicopter.. and also what apps do i need to do this....i dont want an app that only works a certain typ of tv or a certain helicopter/brand. And if its possible i want the app to have a learn feature on it so that i can use one of my remotes to program the "new remote" on my phone....i want it to work for basically anything...Hers are some links that show an example of what im talking about..
