My RC Helicopter dies too fast. Can you help me solve this?

I just bought a SpeedTech V-Max RC Mini Helicopter. When i charge it for like 30-40 minutes and then when i play with it, it just flies for like 1 or 2 minutes!!! HELP ME!!!

The batteries are crap and not holding a charge.

I'm looking to buy my 22 year old gamer brother a remote control helicopter, between £20-£30 he likes the shiny black sleek look and also insects and stuff, i dont know where to look and i dont know much about them ! thanks! any help would be massively appreciated.
