Gary Mozom

i just want it to use in model aircraft flaps/rudder movements... i have some dc motors and circuit connections, wires..ect removed from an RC car.. ;) help me ;)

Answer
I would say that same as the first person,
try ebay you can get very very very cheap servos:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/4x-SG90-9g-Mini-Servo-RC-helicopter-TREX-450-JR-FUTABA-/120796973739?_trksid=p4340.m185&_trkparms=algo%3DSIC.NPJS%26its%3DI%26itu%3DUA%26otn%3D5%26pmod%3D220874766777%26ps%3D63%26clkid%3D3657110949047622227&autorefresh=true

The link above is for AMAZING servos! I would pay up to 15 dollars, these are 100% top quaility Servos!

HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!?

i have recently(an hour ago) purchased a miniature rc helicopter ( syma s109g apache). it had a decent flight time and found flying it challenging yet very enjoyalable. i have no experience with rc helicopters prior to this helicopter. the heli also has two LEDs which i think is an unnescesary waste of battery power which could be used to increase flight time. So....my question(s) is/are
1)how do i safely remove the led lights without causing a short circuit?
2) do i need components like resistors and uf so, what ohm or unit should it be(there are 2 leds) and how do i connect the circuit without a solderung tool but i do have a hot glue gun
3) how do i generally increase flight time or reduce recharge time?im not to sure of what battery it uses

i will be very grateful for any information you guys can provide. links to related websites would really help. And i apologize if u had trouble undersanding wat im trying to say. enlish isnt my strongest subject :p

heres the link to the website of the heli
http://www.symahelicopters.com/Syma-S109G-Gyro-3-Ch-Mini-Apache-AH-64-Helicopter-p/eh-symas109g.htm

Answer
I suggest not messing with the hot glue gun and leaving the LEDs as-is. They don't consume much battery power at all. They do let you know when the helicopter is powered, even if the throttle is not activated. This is important to know when charging the helicopter because the heli itself is supposed to be turned off when charging.

Easiest way to increase flight time for something as inexpensive as this model is probably to just get a second one. Fly one and done, then fly second one.

hey i wan to build an a remote controlled helicopter as my project?

srdp

so wt should i have ie power of the eletric motor, the desgin of circuit board and were do i cn buy tis!!! plz help

Answer
The project you are considering is nearly impossible if you try to do it from scratch.
It you buy a kit, you have a chance.
Go read up on the dedicated helicopter forums:

mini rc helicopter circuit image

John K

Ive seen these all around but I dont know which one to buy without getting ripped off. I bought the Firefly one from Circuit City and its no good, if anyone has found a good reliable decent priced one please let me know where to get it.

Answer
Give Nitro rc x a try. They have mini/micro helicopters. Ive ordered several items from the and have been really satisfied with there products.

what kind of wire do i use to extend a signal of a remote device?

Ben J

i need to extend the signal pretty far from a remote device which maybe be any of the following: a rc helicopter, a rc car, a remote wireless mini camera which my be built in to the above or attached manually. if it is the same kind of wire then which. and i was thinking of using a satelite but that is only used when transmitting to space in this case the only kind or entension device is an antenna or maybe some kind of tower so basicly what kind of wire and where do i order it if posssible pardon my spelling im in a hurry. thanks
oh and it needs to be powerful because i need to send the signal maybe 600 feet but it would be better to be like 800

Answer
The antenna is matched with the transmitter circuit. The original antenna is already optimized. The rediated power may not be proportional with the antenna length. If you want to extend the range, you have to increase the transmitting power.

The frequency is considered too. The higher the transmitting frequency is, the shorter the antenna.
