Before you buy, do some research. The Walkera line is pretty much the bottom end when it comes to quality.
Cheap, yes. But bottom end quality.

I have a remote control Helicopter and one of its wings is half broken off. How do i fix it without tape?

You do not fix blades of a helicopter with tape, or any other way. You need to replace them.

Any repair would cause a serious balance problem, and create a hazard. Those blades are spinning very quickly, and if the repair failed in flight, the broken blade would be a projectile that could put out an eye.

To get better information on how to replace the blades, go ask on the dedicated RC heli forums.
